Our extra virgin oil is spicy, fruity, perfectly balanced, and cold pressed from monovarietal (not a blend) Koroneiki olives. These olives are grown on a 5th generation family owned farm that cares deeply for the soil and the 200 year old trees. This farm is located in the Peloponnese Peninsula of Southern Greece.
