About our Oil

WHERE DO YOU PRODUCE YOUR OLIVE OIL?

Our extra-virgin olive oil is grown, harvested, and bottled on our family owned estate in Kyparissia, Greece. The quality of the olives is obvious when you taste the bright, fruity, peppery flavor profile. Dip fresh bread into it to get the full spectrum of flavors, or drizzle it over oven-roasted fish, pasta, or salads. This is extra-virgin olive oil like you’ve never tasted before.

MADE WITH 100% KORONEIKI OLIVES

In Greece, the Koroneiki is considered ‘the queen of olives’ and recognized globally as a preferred varietal, producing an oil that’s aromatic, robust, and flavorful.  While the olives themselves are very small in size, they have potent levels of polyphenols, a powerful antioxidant, and when pressed, produce a glowing golden-green oil.

WHAT IS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL?

It is fresh juice from green olives, so it smells green, grassy, fruity and of course fresh. The sensation on the tongue has a slight tinge of bitterness, a pleasant bitterness that awakens the palate. What follows is the spice, as it hits the throat you know it is fresh and full of antioxidants, when it burns a little bit. Then you know it is doing its job, as the principal ingredient of the Mediterranean diet.

A SINGLE – SOURCE, SINGLE – VARIETAL OIL

With our EVOO, 100% of the olives are grown on mature trees on our family-owned estate. Everything is harvested, stored, and bottled on site, then kept in air-tight, temperature-controlled storage facilities until you open up the bottle in your kitchen.

Single-source olive oils reign supreme when it comes to taste and quality, largely because we  carefully monitor the entire process—from picking to handling, filtering to storing—without any tampering from outside facilities. Also, cold-pressing the olives within just a few hours of harvest maintains the olive’s low acidity and captures all the fragrance and freshness. We personally ensure that every batch is made from a single olive varietal. The oil in every bottle is unadulterated, taste-tested, certified, and approved.
